Writing-Related:
Jaunty Quills - Visit me and several of my newly
published Avon author friends at our group blog, where
we'll chat about ourselves, our books, and all of the
juicy details of a writer's life. Wink-wink.
Romance Writers of America is a must for anyone
seriously pursuing a career in romance writing. A
marvelous national organization of talented writers,
both published and unpublished, who are always glad to
offer their wisdom, support and encouragement.
Kentucky Romance Writers is a chapter of RWA, and
these are the ladies who taught me almost everything I
know about writing. Honestly! (While you’re visiting, be
sure to check out some of the links to our other
published authors!)
Romance Central - The place that nurtured yours
truly before I joined RWA. Some helpful articles and
wonderful fellowship on the message boards!
Just For Fun:
Go
Disney – Because…well…because I love Disney, darnit!
Disney Online comes in really handy if you have nieces
and nephews. And if you’re a collector--like me--there’s
a handy link to the Disney Store site.
Supernatural TV - A great site for news, info, and
pics from the best show on television right now. (Hey,
it has swiped the number one spot on my viewing list
from Lost, and that's saying something!) Very well
maintained and frequently updated, and the message
boards are relatively flame free. (And if you do a lot
of internet surfing, you know how rare that is!)
The Trixie Belden Homepage - For all the Trixie fans
who still have the entire series of books stashed away
in a closet somewhere—and still dig them out to read on
occasion. Some neat tid-bits.
Entertainment Weekly - Because a girl can never be
too well-informed when it comes to the ins and outs of
Hollywood. And what can I say? I’m a movie junkie!
